By installing or using AIvora ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AIvora. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that any health information you access is your own or data you are legally authorized to access.
AIvora displays your wearable metrics and clinical records from Apple Health, your upcoming appointments from connected health systems (via SMART-on-FHIR, such as Epic MyChart), and optional AI-generated summaries of that information. All health-system access is read-only and requires your explicit authorization.
AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided for general education only. When you use the AI chat, a summary of your current metrics and your message are sent to our AI provider to produce a response, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not act on AI output without consulting your care team.
AIvora is not a healthcare provider, covered entity, or business associate under HIPAA, and using the app does not create a provider-patient or physician-patient relationship. When you direct AIvora to access your health information (for example through Apple Health or a connected patient portal), that information is disclosed to you, the individual, and AIvora processes it on your behalf to power the app's features. Unless we have expressly entered into a Business Associate Agreement with a covered entity, no such agreement applies.
The app integrates with Apple HealthKit, connected health systems (e.g. Epic via SMART-on-FHIR), and an AI provider (Google Gemini). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. AIvora is an independent application and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Apple Inc., Epic Systems Corporation, or any health system. Epic® and MyChart® are registered trademarks of Epic Systems Corporation; SMART® is a trademark of Boston Children's Hospital; Apple® and HealthKit® are trademarks of Apple Inc. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy. You may revoke the app's access at any time (in iOS Settings for Apple Health, and in your patient portal for connected systems) and may request deletion of locally stored account information by contacting us at privacy@myhealthsyncai.com.
AIvora, including its name, logos, design, and software, is owned by its developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that data shown is complete, accurate, or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIvora and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health decisions made in reliance on the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for misuse, unauthorized or attempted unauthorized access, violation of these Terms, or to protect the security or integrity of the service. We may also modify or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using the app and revoke its access at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute arising from these Terms or the app.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
